SIB-CIIT – Comprehensive Ticketing System
The SIB-CIIT is the digital ticketing platform developed for the Ferrocarril del Istmo de Tehuantepec as part of the strategic project of the Interoceanic Corridor. Project developed in collaboration with ABCD Arquitectura. Launch: December 2023.

Challenge

Implement a modern, accessible, and efficient ticketing system that would allow:
● Ensure a simple purchasing experience
● Integrate multiple sales channels into a single operation
● Centralize the administrative control of tickets, sales, and reports
● Ensure strategic visibility over usage statistics and behavior

Intervención

Bambú Tech Services developed the SIB-CIIT as a comprehensive platform that covers both the passenger experience and the administration of the railway system:
● Diversity of purchase channels: mobile app, responsive web, digital kiosks, and train operators
● Centralized management: ticket administration, sales control, and statistics visualization
● Robust architecture: developed on ABCD Arquitectura, ensuring scalability and security
● Optimized experience: functional design that facilitates purchasing, validation, and operation throughout the entire railway corridor
